Scrum Mastery Pathway Guide, Bedford, UK
"I have come to realise the "meaning of life". It is about making the lives of others better."
About Rohit
A passion to support others in their Scrum Master training UK learning journey has inspired me to become The Scrum Mastery Pathway™ Guide. I believe that this program is different to any I have experienced before as it is focused on exploring Scrum Master’s behavioural change of being respected, enabler, nurturing and empathic rather than a framework. This pathway is a 6 month-long journey on mastery based on Geoff Watts’ book Scrum Mastery.
The past few years have been about finding self. During this period, I have come to realise the “Meaning of life“. It is about making the lives of others better. Either through coaching or mentoring or teaching or just being there when they need me.
This self-awareness has got me into learning more about professional coaching with Abhyudaya, Global Coach Circle and becoming a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am now providing Executive, Leadership and Life Coaching services. The coaching process is designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals with support and being a partner in the process. It is about finding “self” and attaining greater fulfilment. You can book coaching sessions with me here.
Learning my own way to become a Professional Coach, I understand the importance of a dedicated pathway to reach the potential of mastery. I will be using the experience and knowledge I gained working as a Professional Coach, Scrum Master and an Agile Coach to train new Scrum Masters within an organisation or through public classes.
The pathway is based on using exploration and curiosity to enhance learning in a group. You can book a course in a completely new way to become a great Scrum Master here. You will find more information on the link.
