Peter is passionate about helping teams and organizations become better. Offering the Scrum Mastery Pathway for Scrum Master in Switzerland and other “Deutsch” speaking countries is one way for him to achieve this.
Peter’s goal is to enable each team member to reach their potential and find better ways to work together efficiently. Currently he is working with Scrum Master in Switzerland to support them in creating amazing teams who deliver great products for their teams
Early in his career, he learned how important it is to have someone coaching and mentoring him. Hence, he now loves to offer the same to individuals new to the world of Agility, be it through coaching, mentoring, or by conducting a training program like the Scrum Mastery Pathway. He also thinks that by giving a course, he, at the same time, is taking the course for himself.
