  • I took Geoff’s CSM class years ago and wanted to really develop my Scrum Master skills so decided to take his new long-term approach of training and coaching over the course of a year. There was so much learning in there and the fact that it was spaced out over time and solidified with reflection meant I not only learned about being a great Scrum Master but also a great leader and even a better human being.

  • I have been working with Geoff over the last year to develop my skills as a Product Leader and found the long-term, supported approach so much more valuable than any one-off course I have taken. One unexpected benefit of this approach was that it forced me to take the time to sit down and outline the thought process and logic behind my actions. Previously I would have just got on with the job, and not give a second thought about why I was taking such an approach. This newfound awareness played a major part in landing my new role, as I would have not been able to articulate my motivation and goals so clearly beforehand.

  • "This was *real* learning not just a sheep-dip "what is Scrum?" course."
