Enabling - Creating Good Change

Experience one of the modules from the Agille Mastery Insitute’s 6 month learning Pathway as an independent event.

Join us for ‘Enabling: Creating Good Change’, a hands-on workshop built for Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads/ Managers, Project Managers and anyone who would like to learn more about enabling others.

We look at how it’s too easy to be dis-empowering to others and inadvertantly hinder the autonomy which is desired, explore the tension between being helpful and always rescuing, and introduce coaching skills as a way to master unhelpful habits.

When is the workshop?

The workshop is being held on Zoom on Monday 10th February 2025 at 17:00 GMT and will last for 90 minutes.

Come ready for small group discussions in a confidential and safe environment, looking at how our attempts to enable and empower others can be hindered by our learned behaviours. Leave with new insights and perhaps some uncomfortable truths confronted.

This workshop is delivered by Martin Lambert via Agiliqui Consulting Ltd and is licensed by the Agile Mastery Institute.

In this workshop we will...

  • Identify the impact of excessive helping
  • Explore how default behaviours can get in the way of our intention to enable others
  • Introduce coaching techniques as a tool for effective enabling
  • Find the balance between helping as needed without disempowering your team
