An Enabling Adventure - Helping Yourself to Help Others

Great leaders understand that sustainable success starts with self-care.

‘An Enabling Adventure – Helping Yourself to Help Others’ is a 90-minute, interactive online workshop designed for leaders, facilitators, and change agents who want to enhance their capacity to serve others while maintaining their own well-being.

What makes this workshop unique

During this workshop, we will undertake a LEGO® activity to explore the signs of burnout and it’s impacts.

LEGO is more than a toy, it’s a thinking tool that sparks creativity, unlocks insights, and encourages collaboration.

The tactile and visual nature of LEGO enables deep exploration of abstract concepts like burnout, systematic neglect, and personal growth, making the learning experience both impactful and memorable.
