Agile Conference Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
The “Win a Pathway” competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) is sponsored by Licensed Agile Mastery Limited (hereinafter referred to as “LAML”) during various conferences and events throughout 2023. By participating in the Competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
- Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Competition, the entrant must be a conference delegate and must follow all the steps as outlined in the competition’s instructions below
2.1 Post a photo of themselves wearing an Agile Mastery Institute t-shirt bearing the words “Choose Great” to either their LinkedIn or Instagram feed or story. If no t-shirts are available, they may post a photograph with other Agile Mastery Institute branded merchandise or products instead.
2.2 In that post, tag Agile Mastery Institute and the conference, include the hashtag #MasteryMatters and the hashtag of the conference.
2.3 In that post, complete the sentence “Mastery matters to me because…”
2.4 Follow and/or subscribe to the LinkedIn and Instagram accounts of Agile Mastery Institute

- Entry
To enter the Competition, entrants must complete all the required steps as mentioned in the description. Entry to the Competition is free of charge.
- Selection and Notification
After the successful completion of all the steps, the delegate will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
- Prizes
The winner will be awarded a place on a public cohort of either the Scrum Mastery Pathway or Product Mastery Pathway, as described in the Competition details. The prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value and must be claimed within 9 months from the date of winning notification.
- Costs
Any costs associated with attending the course (e.g. travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winning delegate.
- Liability
LAML is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the delegate’s participation in the Competition or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
- Data Protection
By participating in the Competition, entrants consent to LAML’s processing of personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Termination
LAML reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason.
- Disputes
Any disputes arising out of the Competition will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Acceptance
By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
