To experience is to learn
Coaching has been part of Tony’s practice since the late 1990’s.
As a qualified UEFA B Football Coach, Life Coach and Certified Agile Coach, having a different set of skills in his toolbox allows for relevant experience to be shared during his sessions.
As a Project Manager, stumbling across Scrum changed the way Tony wanted to work and this built an enthusiasm for working with teams to experiment and improve their expected outcomes.
Currently working as an Agile Coach for a services company, with a background in Utilities, Finance, Aerospace and Government, Tony can bring a wealth of real-life stories to the room to assist in the practical aspects of the course.
I love to learn and teach by experiential or visual practice, as it allows me feel like I have gained experience during the session.
He is also an advocate for training content that supports dyslexic learners and advising on how to enable teaching for visual and kinaesthetic learners.
Geoff is the founder of Agile Mastery Institute and author of the Agile Mastery Series
There is a good chance that you will have come across one of my best-selling books Scrum Mastery, Product Mastery, Team Mastery or The Coach’s Casebook. The fact that these have inspired so many people and are recommended widely is a huge source of pride for me and is the basis for my work with people.
I have crafted training and development pathways for each role within an agile organisation to help them embed the necessary skills and I support people’s ongoing growth through 1-2-1 and team coaching.
Having started using Scrum at British Telecom, one of the first large-scale agile adoptions, I have since coached organisations large and small through their agile journeys. I am at the cutting edge of developments in the agile world and can regularly be found speaking at both international conferences and local user groups as well as TEDx events.
As well as my wealth of knowledge in the agile field, I am also passionate about promoting servant-leadership through my coaching practice. I am a hugely experienced and qualified coach and passionate about promoting self-development
Who is Frankie?
Frankie is an experienced agile practitioner who strongly believes in the importance of having a mentor to achieve the highest levels of Mastery.
Agile concepts often look deceptively simple. It’s only when put in practice that they reveal their true complexity. That’s where the presence of a mentor can help spot mistakes and accelerate a deeper understanding.
Frankie has experience of mentoring agile practitioners at all levels: from Scrum Masters in their first experience of supporting teams to coaching squads of a dozen professionals as the lead of an agile transformation for a department of 700+ people.
He has recently started combining mentoring with coaching and training leveraging the Scrum Mastery and Product Mastery Pathways.
In 2019 Frankie discovered the magic of Visual Thinking and since then he has made visualization a foundational aspect of his facilitation & coaching work. He believes that the use of visual techniques can help drive engagement and ensure alignment on topics that are often very abstract and so very prone to be misunderstood or overlooked.
As a nice side effect his sessions are always imbued with fun.
Robin looks to put the ‘fun’ into addressing and removing ‘dys-fun-ctions’ through the use of creative tools, techniques and analogies. He is now taking this a step further by delivering Scrum Master training with LEGO as a medium for learning, helping to create the building blocks of skills and knowledge in those that attend his courses.
Robin began his Agile journey as a Product Owner in 2011 with zero knowledge of Agile or Scrum. This role proved to be pivotal in his career, setting him off in a new direction. After experiencing a new approach to getting work ‘done’, he did not look back embracing a new way of working. Now he wants to help and guide you on your journey.
Robin is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master. He has worked with a variety of organisations across multiple sectors helping them to visualise current processes and practices, identify areas for continuous improvement and deliver agile training, which has led to him delivering Scrum Master training with LEGO.
Robin is passionate about supporting individuals, teams and organisations on their Agile journey and is now supporting the growth of Scrum Masters through the Scrum Mastery Pathway. But that’s not the only Agile training that Robin offers, he also supports the development of Product Owners through the Product Mastery Pathway.
