Exploring Respect - Understanding Servant-Leadership
Many roles require individuals to be a catalyst and enabler of change, so much so that they may need to risk being a bit of a pain as they help a team and organisation change habits without enforcing change or inflicting their help on the team or the organisation.
In this interactive workshop you will unlock the power of respect to elevate your impact as a leader. We dive into the principles of ‘Servant-Leadership‘, a transformative approach to leadership that centers around humility, empathy, and service.
Inspired by Robert Greenleaf’s groundbreaking definition, this session offers leaders a pathway to foster respect, build stronger relationships, and create a positive, lasting influence on their teams.
